A LITTLE MASKIBOO STORY
The necklace made for a moment
Pearl Puddle strung a necklace from the morning rain. Its wearer wanted to keep it forever, but the drops were already catching the sun. Pearl suggested a walk instead of a box.
They visited the garden, watched the necklace sparkle, and counted each shining bead. By noon, the last drop had slipped away. The wearer drew it in a little notebook. Some beautiful things could be kept as a memory, even when they could not be kept as a necklace.
